She provides clear explanations of treatment costs, estimated insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket expenses, helping patients make informed decisions about their dental care without financial surprises.

Rachel is a skilled hygiene professional who plays a crucial role in preventing and treating gum disease, tooth decay, and other oral health issues. She performs a range of services to ensure your smile stays healthy and vibrant. These services may include thorough cleanings to remove plaque and tartar buildup, periodontal (gum) disease assessment and treatment, and fluoride treatments to strengthen your enamel and prevent cavities.

Rachel will also work with you to develop a personalized home care routine tailored to your needs and concerns.

You'll probably never meet Bobbi, our Chief Financial Officer, but she plays a crucial role in our practice. She is instrumental in helping to keep our costs down and, hence, to keep dental care affordable for our patients. She is also always exploring options to benefit our patients, such as third party financing for those who may face financial constraints that make it difficult to afford necessary treatment and in-house membership plans for those who don't have dental insurance.
Fun fact: Bobbi is also an artist and Dr. Richmond's mother.
